A South Korean court has denied a request to arrest the de facto head of Samsung Group Lee Jae-yong. The ruling cited a lack of evidence against the 48-year-old executive. Prosecutors had sought the arrest of Lee Jae-Yong on charges of bribery, embezzlement and perjury as part of an investigation into a corruption scandal that has led to the impeachment of the south Korean president. From the South Korean capital Press TV’s Frank Smith reports.
