In the NBA, the Phoenix Suns have registered a 108-105 win over the San Antonio Spurs with the help of Devin Booker who scored a career-high 39 points at the Mexico City Arena.

Both teams started the match strong and finished the first period 25-all. But Spurs found their rhythm and style in the second frame and outscored the Suns 33-26 to go ahead by 7 points at the intermission.

In the third, P.J. Tucker canned a three-pointer at the buzzer to cut the Spurs’ advantage to 85-80 at the end of the period. The game then got locked again at 98-all.

And with around two minute to go in the quarter, Tony Parker hit a mid-range jumper and Leonard drained a three-pointer to give the Spurs a 103-102 lead. But Devin Booker came to the Suns rescue as he flew in for a dunk to move the Suns in front and Phoenix held on to upset San Antonio 108-105 at the Mexico City Arena.
