Pakistan ex-army chief involevment in Saudi war stirs controversy

Pakistan’s Defense Minister has confirmed that the country’s former Army Chief has been appointed as commander of a so-called Saudi-led military coalition. The move, however, has stirred controversy in Pakistan with many questioning General Raheel Sharif’s motive to become part of the Saudi initiative whose objectives are still shrouded in mystery.
