‘Seoul politics show shift in N Korea policy’

Nuclear envoys of the United States, South Korea and Japan have expressed unity in policy coordination against North Korea. This, in response to what they deem as Pyongyang’s latest nuclear and missile threats. Still, as our correspondent explains, Washington and Seoul seem to be on divergent paths on their strategies toward North Korea.
