Cubans say Obama’s legacy is one of ‘deceptions’

Contrary to what is often reported, many in Cuba are expressing major dissatisfaction with US President Barack Obama. Government officials, the media and many citizens say that Obama has not delivered on his promise to truly normalize relations after more than 5 decades of brutal embargo.
