History has repeated itself for the Cleveland Cavaliers as they pulled off a remarkable comeback to narrowly defeat the Golden State Warriors at home, just like the NBA finals back in June.
Both sides were neck and neck from the outset, with the Warriors taking the first half 55-52. Golden State were still ahead by 7 points at the start of the 4th quarter, before the Cavs turned the tables on the visitors, staging a stunning comeback to secure a 109-108 victory.
LeBron James paced the Cavs with 31 points and tied a season high with 13 rebounds. Kevin Durant led all scorers with 36 points. The teams will lock horns once again on January the 16th.
