Europe urged to do better for refugees in urgent need of help

European politicians have, in a forum in Vienna, discussed the problems refugees face once they arrive in the continent. Participants pointed out lack of a welcome culture at government level and need to reform the European asylum system. Press TV’s Homa Lezgee reports.
