The Israeli Knesset has initially okayed a bill that would legalize scores of Israeli settlement outposts illegally built on private Palestinian lands in the occupied West Bank. Israeli lawmakers advanced the bill in a 60 to 49 vote but they must garner more support for it before the bill becomes a law.
