NHL: Islanders beat Canucks 4-2

The New York Islanders rallied to beat the Vancouver Canucks 4-2, giving the side their ninth straight loss.

With the game tied at 1-all in the first period, Nikolay Kulemin scored to put Islanders ahead early in the second period. But Markus Granlund tied it with a power play goal going into the final period.

However, New York went back in front when Cal Clutterbuck scored midway through the third. Andrew Ladd then made it 4-2 with his first goal of the season.
