Fighting rages on on the eastern part of the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, with the army and allied fighters inching forward in a street battle, which is highly tricky, no matter how elite a military force they might be.
Yemen ceasefire
After months of relentless bombings and the loss of thousands of lives, the UK and the US, the two countries that have sold billions of dollars worth of arms and ammunition to Saudi Arabia, have finally called for a ceasefire in Yemen.
