Italy’s move to send troops to Latvia angers Moscow

The Italian government’s announcement that it will send 140 troops to Russia’s neighbor, Latvia, has angered Moscow. It has blasted the move, saying that NATO’s policies promote divisions rather than good neighborly relations.
