Afghan President Ashraf Ghani says his government must stamp out corruption in order to receive a 15.2 billion dollar aid package agreed in Brussels. The European Union is the largest donor, pledging 5.6 billion dollars, but rights groups claim the money is being provided in return for Afghanistan taking back refugees that are currently in the EU.
