More than 100 skydivers from around the world have thrown themselves off a 300m Malaysian tower for an annual base jumping event.
The skydivers make 300-meter jumps from the Kuala Lumpur Tower over a three-day period. The tower is the seventh-highest one in the world.
Base jumping includes jumping with a parachute or wingsuit from fixed objects, like a building, antenna, span and earth structure such as a cliff.
Organizers say participants must meet requirements for experience to attend the event. They have to have jumped for a minimum of two years and have accomplished a total of 120 jumps including at least 20 in the past year.
