Donald Trump named ‘persona non grata’ in Mexican town

After basing much of his campaign on stirring up ill-feeling among Latinos in the United States, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is now banned from entering a Mexican town. San Miguel de Allende in central Mexico, home to a large American expat community, has named Trump ‘persona non grata’, in the hope of inspiring other communities to follow suit.
