UN warns of worsening refugee crisis in Italy

The United Nations has warned that hundreds of thousands of refugees who have gathered in Libya are ready to leave for Italy. After the closure of the Balkan corridor, the Mediterranean has turned into the main access route for asylum seekers coming from West Africa.
