Italy’s mosques open doors to public

Mosques and Islamic centers all over Italy have opened their doors to non-Muslims in an effort to promote peace and harmony among all faiths. In Rome, representatives of other religions and politicians have gathered at the Magliana Mosque to show their solidarity with the Muslim community during a heightened period of Islamophobia in the West.
