Spain’s acting PM Rajoy loses 1st investiture vote

After a two-day parliamentary debate, Spain’s Acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy has lost the first parliamentary confidence vote to win a second term in office. This loss takes Rajoy to a second vote to be held on Friday, in which delegates can abstain.
