Rio organizers test fireworks ahead of opening ceremony
Rio organizers remain under pressure to deliver a successful event less than 2 days before the opening ceremony, while security, water quality, and traffic are among the big issues surrounding the Games.
The details of the August 5th opening ceremony have not been revealed. However, those already in Rio have had a taste of the fireworks display that will take place at the iconic Maracana Stadium where rehearsals were underway on Wednesday night.
