In South Korea, thousands of locals and foreign tourists armed with water pistols sprayed water at each other to celebrate the traditional water gun festival.

Now, in its fourth edition the festivity is a great way to cool down on hot summer days. The streets in downtown Seoul were closed for the occasion, admission was free, but participants had to bring their own water guns.

Everyone seemed to be having a great time, shooting each other with fully-loaded water guns. Firefighters even made a special appearance and sprayed water on the crowd with their hoses. There were also other activities for all to enjoy including a parade, water slides, a concert, and more.
