US secretary of state visits Georgia ahead of NATO summit

The US and Georgia have signed a new security agreement in a message to Russia ahead of NATO summit in Poland. The US secretary of state signed the agreement in Tbilisi has, but did not promise a long-awaited membership action plan to Georgia. Svetlana Alimova has more from Tbilisi.
