Iraq's Interior Minister Mohammad al-Ghabban has submitted his resignation in the wake of a massive bombing that rocked central Baghdad and killed more than 200 people. Ghabban told a presser that the government has failed to organize security bodies under a unified plan.

As our correspondent Altaf Ahmad reports, he criticized the government for rejecting a package of security reforms he had proposed.
