After over seven years and millions of public funds spent, the official verdict into how, why and under what circumstances Britain went to war in Iraq will be delivered by the Inquiry’s Chair, Sir John Chilcot. Weeks ahead of the long-awaited official verdict, London hosted the ‘People’s Chilcot Tribunal’ where a stellar line-up of voices from the international anti-war movement presented testimony examining why Britain entered an illegal occupation and who exactly should shoulder the blame for the ensuing disaster.
