Ukraine and Russia are in a deadlock over the repayment of Kiev's three billion dollar debt to Moscow. Ukraine is refusing to repay a loan it received from Russia back in 2013. Keiv claims the money was taken under an illegal agreement. Lena Savchuk reports.
