Venezuela govt. says Maduro's recall unlikely in 2016

The Venezuelan government has claimed there is no chance that the recall against President Nicolas Maduro can be staged in 2016 because the opposition will not garner enough support before the end of the year. Amid ongoing bickering between the opposition and the government, electoral authorities say the rule of law will prevail. From Caracas, Press TV correspondent Jesus Silva reports.
