Russia hosts international security conference

Representatives from More than 80 countries have gathered in Moscow for a two-day international security conference focusing on combating terrorism. Russian officials have called for an international effort to solve global security threats, but say they are disappointed that NATO is not interested in cooperation. Our correspondent Riley Waggaman has filed this report from the Russian capital.
