Japanese cafe serves stunning & healthy salad cakes
If you don't like vegetables, then you may want to give it a second thought! A new cafe in Japan is serving up salads in the form of gorgeous colorful cakes.
These beautiful cakes are the works of a Japanese food artist. Instead of serving the vegetables in a bowl, the artist hides them within the layers of sponge cakes made from soybean.
That is just a mixture of cream cheese and tofu with vegetables blended in to provide vibrant colors.
By doing so, the artist aims to make diners smile enjoying healthy foods that are both fun to look at and fun to eat.
