Thousands of Britons have turned out, hoping for a glimpse of Queen Elizabeth the Second as one of the world’s longest serving monarchs celebrated her 90th birthday. The festivities took place amid the backdrop of lingering worries about the future of the British monarchy when the queen eventually relinquishes her duties. The Queen’s heir to the throne, Prince Charles and his son Prince William, are also not viewed favorably by the public. Amina Taylor reports.
