A new study shows natural disasters have caused more than $7 trillion and left over eight million people dead over the past century.

A recent study reveals natural disasters have left over eight million people dead and caused some seven trillion dollars worth of damage over the past century. Researchers say over the coming decades, Europe will be much more frequently exposed to extreme weather events as a result of climate change. From Vienna, Press TV’s Homa Lezgee has more.
