Uganda rights activists criticize ICC's Africa strategies

International and local human rights groups in Uganda say the International Criminal Court is failing to provide criminal justice in Africa. Human rights groups want The Hague-based court to hold political leaders in Africa accountable for crimes committed against humanity.
