US, Russian, French delegates to travel to Karabakh for sustained ceasefire effort

The OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe ) permanent council meets in Vienna, Austria on April 5,2016, to discuss the latest flare up in violence in Nagorny-Karabakh, the region disputed by Armenia and Azerbaijan. Earlier both sides announced a ceasefire after four days of fighting left at least 64 people dead. (AFP)

The US, Russian and French Co-Chairs of the so-called Minsk Group say they will travel to the Karabakh region to ensure the ceasefire is respected. From Vienna, Press TV’s Homa Lezgee reports.
