Iran’s Dizin ski resort attracts tourists
Iran is a country with a massive capacity to become a tourism hotspot. The country has already made it on to the top destination lists of major publications following its nuclear deal with world powers. Among the riches Iran has to offer are its popular ski resorts, namely the one in the north of the capital Tehran. Dizin Ski Resort has attracted more than three-thousand tourists this year. Every weekend, skiers from every skill levels come to Dizin up in the Alborz Mountains to enjoy naturally arranged slopes. The international ski federation has recognized Dizin as a location which meets the international standards for hosting winter sports events. Its highest elevation above sea level is 3,600 meters.
