Iran, Oman to hold joint drill in Hormuz Strait

The naval forces of Iran and Oman will hold a joint rescue and relief drill in the southern Iranian waters. The exercise will kick off on Monday and aims at maintaining the readiness of Iranian and Omani troops in confronting emergency situations in one of the world’s most strategic waterways.
