Bombing syria not the solution

Bombing Syria will not rid the country of the terrorists. For starters, The US has to stop Persian Gulf states delivering weapons to the terrorists in Syria and Iraq. Second, the West has to help Turkey seal its borders to stop the flow of new fighters joining the terrorists.

Islamophobia’s rapid escalation

Islamophobia is on the rise. Fear of Islam is once again hitting the headlines across Europe. Following the bloodshed in Paris, attacks and acts of violence against Muslims have gone up dramatically in Europe.

Executing free speech in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is executing a number of anti-regime activists. Among the more than 50 who are slated to be executed is influential Shia leader Shiekh Nimr al-Nimr. All of this under the “counter-terrorism” law, which is meant to silence free speech.
