South Sudan warring parties plan reunification of security forces

Representatives from South Sudan’s government and rebels are meeting in Ethiopia for talks on reunification of their security forces. The nearly weeklong meeting kicked off on Wednesday. It is part of peace efforts between South Sudan’s warring sides.
