Indian walks around town with wife’s head: Video
Police have arrested a man after he was found walking down the street in India reportedly carrying a woman’s severed head in one hand and an axe in the other.
Ramchandra Sheu Chavan, 53, was arrested, after passersby in the western central city of Pune notified the police over the alleged decapitation of the woman, which reportedly happened during an argument on Friday morning.
According to local police, the watchman, who regularly quarreled with his wife, Sonabai, killed her over suspicions that she was having an affair with his son-in-law.
“The man did not have any mental disorders as investigated for now. He is taken into custody for murder and is being questioned further," said senior police inspector M. Chavhan.
