Bike riding in Tehran's parks

Biking is a favorite hobby in Tehran and many love to ride the bike in the capital's parks and biking routes. In this feature, we take a look at how the people of Tehran spend their time biking.

From about 14 years ago, many countries started a race to benefit from the opportunities that had been created as the result of the emergence of nanotechnology to help their own industrial and economic progress. Iran first started to make use of the privileges of nanotechnology in 2001 when a special headquarters on nanotechnology was established in the presidential office in 2004. To the same effect, a systematic approach was designed for the development of nanotechnology and eventually the government approved a strategic document in 2005 for the development of nanotechnology.

In the 24th handmade Persian carpet fair, thousands of traditional and modern rugs are on display from all over Iran. Different shapes, sizes, patterns and colors are showcased by vendors and carpet makers.

The Ganjalikhan Complex is a Safavid-era building complex. It is located on the east side of the Ganjalikhan Square in the center of Kerman city, in southeastern Iran. Ganjalikhan Caravanserai is among the many sections of the complex. In the past, it was a reputed school that later on was converted into a caravanserai.
