Japanese scientist creates noodles that glow

Japan is known for its bizarre food inventions like Burger King served with black bun and black cheese. And now, the latest trend seems to be "neon noodles".

Kurare Raku is the scientist who created this special dish. He has added glowing effects to one of Japan's most popular and beloved dishes, that is udon noodles. The noodles come in bright colors ranging from pink to blue. Apparently, they taste exactly like regular plain udon noodles. But the inventor refuses to reveal how they get their color. However, it appears the noodles may have been applied with dye and exposed to ultraviolet light for the glowing effect. Ultraviolet radiation is known to cause many substances to glow and it's believed this is how the Japanese scientist achieved this effect.
