How serious is Turkey in fight against ISIL?

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu

Turkey has launched a series of airstrikes against the bases of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in northern Iraq and also purportedly on ISIL positions in Syria after a deadly bomb attack which left 32 people dead in the southwestern Turkish town of Suruç, across the border from the Syrian Kurdish town of Kobani.

However, based on several media reports, Ankara is actively participating in training and arming the Takfiri militants in Syria. The militants have long enjoyed the support of Turkey as well as its Western and regional allies, including Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

In this episode of Comment, we are going to investigate Turkey's resolve in its fight against the ISIL Takfiri group.
