Negotiators from Yemen’s Ansarullah movement in Geneva have accused Saudi Arabia of using banned weapons and of committing genocide in Yemen.
Head of the Ansarullah delegation, Hamza al-Houthi, has released a number of photos that he says show Saudi Arabia using phosphorous bombs in their airstrikes against residential areas. He told Press TV that relentless Saudi airstrikes have claimed thousands of lives and devastated the country’s infrastructure. Houthi added that Riyadh’s war on Yemen is unjustified and illegitimate and contradicts international law. Nearly 44-hundred Yemenis, many of them women and children, have been killed in the Saudi onslaught that began on March 26.
