Israel racism, indiscriminate killings

Israeli police brutality

A report by an Israeli non-governmental organization (NGO) known as ‘Breaking the Silence’ says 60 Israeli soldiers have testified that they were ordered to “kill any person” they saw during their war on Gaza last year.

One Israeli soldier said those engaged in the military action against the Gaza Strip, were ordered to open fire everywhere on the basis that every Palestinian was a “terrorist,” regardless of whether or not those Palestinians were armed.

Israeli police have used brutal tactics in dealing with protests by the Ethiopian migrants living in the occupied territories.

Many draw parallel between police brutality and racism in Israel and the US.

Elsewhere, Palestine’s envoy to the United Nations wants justice regarding Israel’s persistent abuse of Palestinian children - with human rights activists calling for anti-Israel sanctions and criminal proceedings.
