Qalqilya: Nature under siege

A view of Palestinian city of Qalqilya in the West Bank

After Israeli military forces constructed the Apartheid wall on the lands of the farming village Jayyous, the farmers united to remove the wall and reclaim their lands.

Now the wall separates the lands from the farmers, forcing them to apply for special permits in order to work on them.
