UN takes no action to halt Saudi attack on Yemen

Since March 26th, Yemen has been targeted with continuing airborne attacks from Saudi military. Many civilians have been killed, and world leaders have expressed concern that the attacks directly violate international law. When asked by PressTV, Stephen Dujjarac, Spokesperson for UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, said discussions are taking place and that UN officials are concerned about the situation.

Global analyst Nick Maniace described the Saudi attacks as creating a humanitarian crisis.He went on to say it is direct violation of the UN Charter for such aggression to be tolerated.As civilian causalities continue to rise in Yemen, the UN is yet to take any meaningful action to stop the Saudi attack.
