Press TV has conducted an interview with Pirouz Mojtahedzadeh, a political commentator from Tehran, and Lawrence J. Korb, a senior adviser of the Center for Defense Information from Washington, to discuss a speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the US Congress.

Mojtahedzadeh believes that Netanyahu’s speech was an insult to the dignity and intelligence of not only the American people but also all those who may have heard his remarks around the world.

Meanwhile, Korb says a major part of Netanyahu’s comments about Iran’s nuclear program did not make any sense, adding, besides what Netanyahu said, the idea of inviting a foreign political figure just two weeks before his/her election to address the US Congress without the agreement of the White House is an unprecedented insult to the US president and will definitely affect the Tel Aviv-Washington ties.
