France: Anti-Muslim Backlash

Following the deadly Charlie Hebdo attacks in January which killed 17 people, the world’s media has focused on the threat of so-called “Islamic extremism.”

But hardly has anyone focused on the crackdown on Muslims which followed the terrorist atrocity.

In this edition of In Focus, we will reverse the dominant narrative. Instead of demanding answers from France’s Muslim community about radicalization, we actually listen to what they have to say.
