Press TV has conducted an interview with Abdullah al-Ashaal, a former Egyptian deputy foreign minister in Cairo, to discuss the upcoming parliamentary elections in Egypt.

Ashaal says it could be very dangerous for the government of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi to allow ousted dictator Hosni Mubarak’s remnants to come back to the political scene. He believes mixing with the past regime’s elements would complicate the situation in Egypt and prepare the country for another revolution.
